What does it do to accents and symbols?
Accented letters are converted to their plain form (é becomes e), and every run of non-alphanumeric characters becomes a single hyphen (or underscore, if you choose it).
Should a slug contain every word of the title?
Usually shorter is better. Remove filler words like 'the' and 'and' afterwards if the slug feels long — the tool keeps your wording intact so you can trim manually.
